Entomolex Pest Control LLC does not share information about it's customers, inquiries, or any contact made with Entomolex Pest Control LLC with any source that does not regulate or license our pest control service. Information is only shared to our licensing agency or agencies upon written notification of inspection and forfeiture of contract(s). Entomolex Pest Control LLC destroys all information held pertaining to a customer after a 3 year period. State law(s) require information to be held for a period of 3 years. If Entomolex Pest Control LLC is sold to a competitor, information about its current and former customers will remain held under privacy unless written permission of usage is obtained from current and past customers by Entomolex Pest Control LLC prior to sale per operational agreement held by the Arkansas Secretary of State. 

Statement of Understanding: Entomolex Pest Control LLC may release information if court ordered.
